We have a physical store and it’s located at Elesan Roundabout Orchid Hotel Road Second Toll Gate Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. Our online store kiksprong.com/shop is open 24/7 so you can shop our fresh seafood anytime!

We deliver to most international locations. To check whether we deliver to yours, first register with us, then visit the Kikspro homepage and book a delivery. If we’re unable to deliver to your address,we’ll explain why.

Our courier delivers between 9am-5pm.

We accept Visa, Mastercard & Verve cards

Your package will be sent via standard courier which can take between 3-5 days. For remote locations Nigeria-wide, please allow up to 7 days for delivery.  To ensure the safe arrival of your order, a signature will be required on delivery. Our courier delivers between 9am-5pm on weekdays.
If you, or someone on your behalf will not be available to sign at your nominated address between 9am-5pm, please provide an alternate address that we can deliver to (i.e. work address or a PO Box).
If you are not there to sign for the delivery, a contact card will be left by the courier service for your item to be picked up at the nearest post office. Should the order be returned to us, you may be charged for re-delivery.

Orders delivered outside of Nigeria may be liable for any local customs duty, import taxes or costs due on your purchase. These are decided on a case by case basis by your own government at the point of entry to your country and are outside our control.

Our in-house Fishmongers are highly qualified seafood experts and market veterans who survey the market each night to provide you with the best, freshest quality seafood available. You simply won’t find better seafood out there.

Yes! The market is open to the public from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM WAT, Monday through Friday.

MY ORDER

Yes, you’ll need an account to shop and it only takes a few seconds to set up. Creating an account lets you add products to your cart and checkout fast. You’ll also be able to track all your orders.

As long as your modification comes in before the day it is to be shipped out, our customer service team will do their best to make the requested changes to your order. Simply email them at customerservice@kiksprong.com with your order number.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order.

We want to make sure you are happy with your order. Please email them at customerservice@kiksprong.com with your order number. Our team will ask you about your order, and may request photos of the products/box, so please hold on to all packaging and products.

SEAFOOD TIPS

Once your kiksprong.com box arrives, open it up and inspect your seafood. The contents should be cool to the touch.

Fresh fish should be placed in the refrigerator. If you do not intend to use the fish within a day or two, you can freeze your fish for later use.
Live shellfish and crustaceans including oysters, clams and mussels should be placed on a baking tray or bowl, covered with a damp cloth and placed in your refrigerator.

Yes, all whole fish are gutted, descaled, and dressed (side and top fins are removed) before being shipped, unless specified otherwise.

If you do not see something you are looking for, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@kiksprong.com. If it is available in the market, we will try to add it to our store.

Occasionally, you will find one of our fresh, delicious and healthy seafood selections out of stock or out of season. Sometimes the fish simply aren’t biting! Weather can also greatly impact availability.

We provide sustainable seafood logos on all the sustainable seafood products we offer. Just search ‘sustainable’ on our site for a list of choices. We also offer detailed sustainability information by species.

We source the best, freshest fish in the world. Every product page clearly specifies if the product is wild or farmed in the product description.
